Territorial Army 2013

For the persons who are worrying that "Oh my God, I missed the opportunity to join the army" now got a chance to join our Territorial army as an officer.  So try your chance to give your level best and lead the life.

Eligibility By Age: Male citizens of India or Ex-Service Officers in the age limit of 18-42 as on 15th January 2013.
By Education:  Should Completed any graduation/degree holder.

Note: - The persons who are applying for this entry should be gainfully employed to Central/State/Private/Self/Own a business.

Note:- The application procedure (address to send) is different for normal civilians and ex-service persons. So have a note in this while applying.

      unfortunately not. only gainfully employed candidates are eligible for TA.

      anyone who is gainfully employed is eligible for TA. But as a fresher you should try for regular entries (CDS and various technical entries in case if you are a technical graduate).

    if we have a B.E. degree,can we join for non technical ofiicer post...i want to join the non technical branch of army,as i am not much interested in technical,though i have a degree...is it possibe?

      Yes you can. Engineers are eligible for all corps and services of Indian Army.

    I worked close to 7 years and recently my company got acquired by some other company and they asked us to leave the job so now i earn income by giving tutu ions am i eligible to apply for this and it is more like self employment.

SSB Medical Test

Army medical test in India The candidate recommended by the service selection board will undergo a medical examination by the board of service medical officers.  Women candidates will undergo a medical check by a board consists of male/female doctors/gynaeocologist and medical specialists.  There will be a lady medical officer as the member of the board.  The proceedings of the medical board are confidential and will not be divulged to any one.   However the candidates declared unfit by the Special Medical Board (SMB) will be intimated by the president of the medical board.  The procedure for request of the Appeal Medical Board will also be requested and intimated to the candidate.  Unfit candidates should report to the Appeal Medical Board (AMB) within a maximum period of 42 days.  Candidates are advised to appear in the AMB well in time and should not wait for the last day given by the SMB.  Candidate are advised to  note that the Recruiting Directorate has no role to play in the
